The need for the combat professions for the Syndicate is obvious: we need soldiers, bandits, bounty hunters, and assassins to carry out our criminal operations and PA wars.

The need for the non-combat MerCon professions is to support the Syndicate Division, while reaping the rewards of association through the H8 Syndicate.  It will be a symbiotic relationship, allowing both sides to prosper.
